Easy APP - Portabilidad numérica
Easy APP is a free Android application developed by Nuevatel PCS de Bolivia S.A. that offers portability services for customers who wish to change their mobile service provider to VIVA. This process includes both pre-paid and post-paid sales functionalities.
The app allows customers to register their phone number and identification document, and it manages existing, new, and duplicate customers. Users can choose between post-paid or pre-paid sales, depending on their eligibility. For post-paid sales, users can select commercial offers and add-ons, and the app digitizes identification documents, recognizes basic information through OCR, and registers customer photographs.
The app also notifies users of any changes in the portability process and provides a list of generated processes. Easy APP's portability process is easy to use and efficient.
